Returns Policy

We at Table & Twist take a keen interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

The order can be canceled by letting us know before it’s shipped. Once shipped it cannot be canceled.

As a policy, Table & Twist does not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition. All sales are considered final sales.

If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e product/articles don’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same. However, if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client then we will only be able to give Store Credits (Lifetime Validity).

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with the original packaging and invoice to our warehouse at the customer's expense:

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days.

All pictures uploaded on the website are clicked under no special lighting effects or editing software are used. However, our products are mostly handmade by local artisans in India and slight variation might be there since it’s all handwork. Marble is a natural stone and textures might vary.

We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and see if the product you wish to order fits into your desired spaces.
